2. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the online use of Fortress – Az Erőd gym services, particularly the online purchase of passes and tickets. The system operates via the Motibro platform, and payments are processed through the Barion system.

3. Registration and Contract Formation

The Customer registers through the Motibro system, provides the required personal data, and selects the desired ticket or pass. The purchase becomes valid upon successful payment via the Barion system and receipt of the electronic confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

Online payments are made via bank card through the Barion system. Card data is handled exclusively by Barion; Fortress – Az Erőd does not have access. Barion Payment Zrt. operates under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank (License: H-EN-I-1064/2013).

5. Validity of Passes and Tickets

The validity period of online-purchased passes and tickets is governed by the conditions indicated on the service provider’s website and in the Motibro system. Passes are only valid for the specified period and cannot be extended.

6. Withdrawal and Refund

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days if the pass has not yet been used. Once use has begun, refunds are not possible. Class cancellations can be made through the Motibro system, no later than 24 hours before the class start time.

7. Liability and House Rules

Use of Fortress – Az Erőd services is at one’s own risk. Compliance with the gym’s House Rules is mandatory. The gym is not responsible for injuries resulting from violations of the House Rules or improper use of equipment.

8. Data Management

The Customer’s personal data is handled by Fortress – Az Erőd solely for fulfilling purchases and complying with legal obligations. A detailed privacy policy is available on the website.

9. Complaint Handling

In case of complaints, the Customer can contact the service provider at info@fortress-azerod.hu or by phone at +36 30 779 7599. In disputes, Hungarian law and consumer protection regulations apply.

10. Dispute Resolution and Conciliation Board

The Provider and the Customer should first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation.

If disputes between the consumer and the business cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may turn to the conciliation body at the service provider’s registered office:

Budapest Conciliation Board

The purpose of the conciliation board is to resolve disputes between the consumer and business peacefully and enforce consumer rights. The Provider declares that participation in conciliation proceedings is not excluded.

Consumers also have the right to submit complaints through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are effective as of September 21, 2025. The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms and will inform users of any updates on the website.
