House Rules
Effective: September 21, 2025
1. Purpose and Scope
The House Rules define the behavior of guests at Fortress – Az Erőd gym and outline the basic regulations necessary for safe, proper, and civilized operation. These rules apply to the gym at 1084 Budapest, Bérkocsis utca 12–14, and related facilities.

3. Entry and Registration
3.1. Services require registration in the Motibro system and a valid ticket/pass. Entry is based on reservations for small groups.
3.2. Upon first entry, guests must provide the required information and accept the House Rules.
3.3. The gym reserves the right to verify the legality of entry; unauthorized access may result in denied service.
4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1. Bookings are made through the Motibro system; spots are limited.
4.2. Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours count as used.
4.3. Late arrivals: if over 10 minutes late, your spot may be released to those on the waiting list.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed via Barion. Card details are managed by Barion and are not accessible to the gym. In-person payments can be made according to available options.
6. Clothing and Hygiene
6.1. Clean indoor sports shoes and workout attire are mandatory. No training in slippers or barefoot (except trainer-approved exercises).
6.2. Towels are required. Equipment must be disinfected after use.
6.3. Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are prohibited throughout the facility.
7. Equipment Use and Safety
7.1. Use equipment properly and follow staff instructions.
7.2. Avoid dropping weights; controlled placement is mandatory. Noise should be minimized for neighbors; throwing weights is prohibited.
7.3. Chalk may be used in moderation; clean residues after training.
7.4. Dangerous behavior that risks injury may result in immediate expulsion.
8. Health and Responsibility
8.1. Use of services is at your own risk. Guests with chronic illness, recent injuries, or pregnancy must inform the trainer.
8.2. The operator is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from violations of the House Rules or incorrect exercise execution.
9. Minors
Persons aged 14–18 may participate only with parental/guardian consent; under 14 only with individual arrangement and adult supervision.
10. Photo and Video Recording
Marketing photos and videos may be taken during events and sessions. Entering the facility implies consent; specific opt-out requests must be made at reception.
11. Personal Belongings and Lost Items
The gym is not responsible for valuables. Found items should be handed to reception and are kept for 30 days.
12. Cleanliness and Order
Equipment and weights must be returned after use. Items left on the floor pose a hazard; please maintain order.
13. Prohibitions
Smoking, training under the influence of alcohol/drugs, bringing glass containers, pets, harassment, offensive behavior, or loud music from personal devices are prohibited.
14. Emergency Rules
In an emergency, follow staff instructions and designated escape routes immediately.
15. Data Management and Related Documents
The handling of personal data is governed by the Fortress – Az Erőd Privacy Policy. In the case of online booking and payment, the data management policies of Motibro and Barion also apply.
16. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution
Guests can submit complaints to the Operator at info@fortress-azerod.hu or by phone at +36 30 779 7599.
If the complaint is not resolved, the consumer is entitled to turn to the conciliation body at the service provider’s registered office:

17. Final Provisions
By entering the facility, the guest accepts the House Rules.
In the event of a breach of the House Rules, the Operator is entitled to refuse service or remove the guest from the gym.
The Operator reserves the right to amend the House Rules; the current version is available at the reception and on the website.
