The gym is completely private, so you don’t have to work out in the presence of others, allowing you to focus fully on your own goals.

01. Assessment

Before we start training together, I conduct a detailed assessment to tailor the workout program fully to your individual goals and needs.

02. Even in groups

Not keen on working out alone? Bring one or two friends and join the program together. Everyone can follow their own training plan while enjoying the benefits of working out as a group!

Gym Equipment

The workout lasts 60 minutes, and our gym, equipped with modern functional tools, ensures that all necessary equipment is at your fingertips. Concept 2 rowing machines, Concept 2 ski ergometers, and an Air Bike are available for cardio training. A wide range of kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells provides numerous options for strength and endurance development. It’s recommended to arrive a few minutes early to comfortably change in your private locker, and you can also take a shower after the workout.
